OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY CONDITIONS FOR VENNGO SIGN IN TO WIN GIVEAWAY 
(the “Official Giveaway Conditions”)

 
The Venngo Sign In to Win Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is being offered by Venngo Investments Inc. dba Venngo (“Venngo”) and will commence at 12:01 AM EST on February 15, 2026, and close at 11:59 PM EST on March 17, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

 

GIVEAWAY ELIGIBILITY: 

This Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and are a registered account holder of a CustomerPerks, MemberPerks or WorkPerks program account (“Account”). This Giveaway excludes employees of Venngo (and those with whom they are domiciled) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, and advertising and promotion agencies.  

Venngo has the right to verify eligibility of all entries. Proof of age, residency, and valid registration in a Venngo program will be required from all Giveaway draw winners prior to the awarding of any draw Prizes. The decision of Venngo is final regarding the eligibility of any Giveaway entry and any Prize.

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Giveaway Period, you simply need to sign into your Account.  If your account is cancelled, terminated, or expires during the Contest Period, you will not be eligible to participate in this contest.  

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Giveaway Period.

Entries received after the Giveaway Period are void. No other form of submitting an entry is valid other than as stated above. Multiple participants may not share the same email address. Participants may not enter with multiple email addresses, nor may participants enter under multiple identities. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses, Accounts or under multiple identities will be disqualified and forfeits any Prize won, in Venngo’s sole discretion.

 

PRIVACY AND SHARING:

By entering this Giveaway, you consent to Venngo collecting, storing, and sharing your contact information, including email address, for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for marketing purposes. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.venngo.com/privacy-policy

 

DRAW AND PRIZES:  

On or about one (1) week following the end of the Giveaway Period (“Draw Date”), there will be a drawing during which Venngo will randomly select ten (10) entries from the pool of entries for the Prizes.  Ten (10) total entries will therefore be drawn.   

Additionally, one (1) backup entry will be drawn for each of the Prizes.  Ten (10) total backup entries will therefore be drawn. If a winner drawn for any of the Giveaway draw Prizes is disqualified or determined to be ineligible for the Giveaway, the Prize may be awarded to the first eligible backup entry drawn. If a backup winner is disqualified or determined to be ineligible for the Giveaway, the Prize may be awarded to the next eligible Giveaway entry drawn, and so on. 

A backup will only be contacted in the event that a winner is deemed ineligible.

A participant can only win one (1) prize in total. Once a participant’s Giveaway entry has been selected for a Prize in a particular Prize draw, that participant’s entry will be removed from any subsequent draw(s). 

The odds of winning a Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. 

 

Prizes will be awarded as follows:  

The Giveaway provides you with the chance to win one (1) of thefollowing prizes (“Prize(s)”): 

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded.Each

Prize consists of one (1) one hundred dollar ($100) CAD eGift Card, randomly assigned, as follows:  (i) Four  (4) Uber Eats eGift Cards, (ii) Three (3) IKEA eGift Cards or (iii) Three (3) Mastercard eGift Cards  

 

 

*Total approximate retail value of all Prizes is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) CAD 

 

NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES: 

Selected entrants will be notified by Venngo via email by approximately five (5) calendar days after the Draw Date.

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrants must correctly answer, unaided, a timed mathematical skill-testing question administered by Venngo via email.

Confirmed winners will be required to sign and submit a Prize release form prior to receiving their prize.  The provisions of Sections 2, 3, 8 and 11 of the General Rules shall be reflected in the release.

 

DELIVERY OF PRIZES: 

  1. All eligible confirmed winners must confirm their intent to claim their prize by responding to the Venngo representative within seven (7) calendar days from contact by Venngo unless an extension has been granted, in writing, by Venngo. Failure to do so will result in the winner waiving their rights to the Prize and the Venngo representative then attempting to contact the next available eligible alternate entry drawn.

  2. Once Venngo has received a winner’s intent to claim their Prize, Venngo will distribute the Prize within (5) five business days. Each Prize shall be delivered to the respective Prize winner electronically to the email address provided upon entry.

 

GENERAL RULES:

  1. No purchase necessary.

  2. All participants agree to be bound by the Official Giveaway Conditions.

  3. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable or assignable and will be available to the winner only upon compliance with these Official Giveaway Conditions, verification of their eligibility, where applicable, and receipt by Venngo of all required information. Venngo has the right, at its sole discretion, to make Prize substitutions of equivalent kind and value in the event of unavailability of any specified Prize for reasons beyond Venngo’s control. Prizes have no cash equivalent value.  

  4. Any questions about the individual Prizes, including defects, features, technical issues should be directed to the participating Prize sponsors/providers.

  5. The winner’s name and email address must be correct and valid at the time of Giveaway entry in their Account profile to be considered a winner. Eligible participants are responsible for updating their Account profile prior to, or during the Giveaway Period, but will not be allowed to do so once the Prize draw has been conducted.

  6. Though reasonable efforts will be made to correctly identify and contact winners, Venngo reserves the right to disqualify any selected participant on the basis that a Giveaway entry is ineligible, an email address is incorrect or invalid, an entrant has registered for the Giveaway more than once, or Venngo is otherwise unable to contact or locate a participant who is drawn for a Prize.

  7. Participants who do not meet eligibility requirements or who have registered through fraudulent means or have provided false or misleading information will be disqualified. Venngo will not be responsible for failed registration attempts, technical malfunctions or computer or other errors for any reason whatsoever.

  8. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to release, hold harmless and fully indemnify Venngo, participating prize sponsors/providers and Venngo’s  parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively “Released Parties”), and the respective shareholders, directors, officers, members, employees and agents of the Released Parties from any direct or indirect claim, loss, demand, action, cause of action, expense, delay, accident, injury or other liability relating to this Giveaway, including, without limitation, arising from participants' participation in this Giveaway, and any breach of these Official Giveaway Conditions or the awarding, acceptance or use of any Prize awarded under the Giveaway.

  9. Decisions of Venngo with respect to this Giveaway are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure, and prize awards.

  10. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Draw Prizes not claimed as described in ”Delivery of Prizes” will not be awarded.

  11. By entering the Giveaway, winners agree to allow Venngo and its agents to publish, and/or broadcast their names, likenesses, city or town of residence and statements at any time, and from time to time, in connection with the Giveaway for the purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion in any matter or media, without compensation other than the Prize awarded.

  12. Venngo is not responsible for commencing, continuing, or completing the Giveaway draws or awarding any Prize in the event of circumstances beyond the control of Venngo.

  13. All drawings will adhere to the drawing procedures established for the drawing by Venngo.

  14. Any individual who tampers with the Giveaway entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or acts in violation of these Official Giveaway Conditions in an otherwise disruptive manner will be disqualified.

  15. These Official Giveaway Conditions govern the Venngo Sign In to Win Giveaway and must be followed. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Giveaway Conditions and any other material, these Official Giveaway Conditions prevail to the extent of inconsistency.

  16. In the event of a dispute regarding the assignment of an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted provided that the subject person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Giveaway Conditions. Venngo is not responsible for changes to entrant’s email address, mailing address and/or telephone number.
