(the “Giveaway”)  

The Father’s Day Spin Wheel Giveaway is being offered by Venngo Inc. (“Venngo”) and will commence at 9:00 AM EST on June 3, 2024, and close at 11:59 PM EST June 9, 2024.

GIVEAWAY ELIGIBILITY: 

This Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and are a registered account holders of a CustomerPerks, MemberPerks, or WorkPerks program. Giveaway excludes employees of Venngo (and those with whom they are domiciled), their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies.  

Venngo has the right to verify eligibility of all entries. Proof of age, residency, and valid registration in a Venngo program will be required from all Giveaway draw winners prior to the awarding of any draw prizes. The decision of Venngo is final regarding the eligibility of any Giveaway entry and any prize.

HOW TO PLAY:

1. Eligible participants may enter the Father's Day Spin Wheel Giveaway once per day (24-hour period). The 24-hour period will start at 9:00 AM EST and close at 11:59 PM EST daily for the duration of promotion.
   

2. You must be logged into your organization’s Venngo program to play.

3. On the Giveaway Details Landing Page, you can click the ‘PLAY’ button which will open a separate browser window, the game landing page, where you can click the ‘SPIN’ button to start the wheel.

4. The wheel will stop on a random segment indicating the number of ballots you’ve earned toward the grand prize draw.
   

DRAW AND PRIZES:  

On or about June 10, 2024, a single draw containing a total of up to 64 persons will be drawn: one (1) winner and one (1) backup will be drawn for each of the Grand Prize Draw, and any other additional draws made available (e.g., Secondary, Tertiary etc.) using ballots from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.  

If a winner drawn for any of the Giveaway draw prizes is disqualified or determined to be ineligible for the Giveaway, the prize may be awarded to the first eligible alternate Giveaway entry drawn, and so on. 

Alternate Giveaway entries will also be drawn from each prize draw pool as backups to the original winners. If a winner drawn for any of the Giveaway draw prizes is disqualified or determined to be ineligible for the Giveaway, the prize may be awarded to the first eligible alternate Giveaway entry drawn, and so on. 

Backups will only be contacted in the event one or more winners is deemed ineligible.

A participant can only win one prize in total. Once a participant’s Giveaway entry has been selected for a prize in a particular prize draw, all that participant’s other Giveaway entries will be removed from any subsequent draw(s).

DELIVERY OF PRIZES: 

1. All eligible prize draw winners must confirm their intent to claim their prize by responding to the Venngo representative by 5 PM EST, June 17, 2024 (or within seven (7) calendar days from contact unless an extension has been granted, in writing, by Venngo. Failure to do so will result in the winner waiving their rights to the prize and the Venngo representative then attempting to contact the next available eligible alternate entry drawn.

 GENERAL RULES:

2. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable or assignable and will be available to the winner only upon compliance with these Official Venngo Inc. Failure to provide may result in the winner waiving their rights to the prize.    
   

6. Though reasonable efforts will be made to correctly identify and contact winners, Venngo reserves the right to disqualify any selected participant on the basis that a Giveaway entry is ineligible, an email address or phone number is incorrect or invalid, an entrant has registered for the Giveaway more than once, or Venngo is otherwise unable to contact or locate a participant who is drawn for a prize.    
   

7. Participants who do not meet eligibility requirements or who have registered through fraudulent means or have provided false or misleading information will be disqualified. Venngo will not be responsible for failed registration attempts, technical malfunctions or computer or other errors for any reason whatsoever.    
   

8.
